This is a fantastic true story of customer service and social media mastery done to perfection, just like their fine steaks. For the small cost of a delicious meal, Morton’s Steakhouse has received thousands of dollars of free publicity, and millions of dollars worth of good-will. Who can top that?
The title of this piece is “The Greatest Customer Service Story Ever Told,” and you know what? I think it lives up to that title. Well done, Morton’s.
I love getting exceptional, first-name basis service from local businesses (we go to EarthPets so much, they remembered to give us a rawhide they’d forgotten to bag once on our next visit), it’s truly amazing to see that from larger companies.
